However, according to reports, it brings along some camera-related improvements as well as improvements related to WiFi, Cellular, Bluetooth, and GPS. Some stability-related improvements are also there, as are some general bug fixes.

News=Report says Samsung Galaxy Note7 India relaunch set for October 7
The latest Galaxy Note, if you recall, was made official in India back in August, and was supposed to go on sale in the country on September 2, the day the South Korean company issued a global recall for the phablet over battery fire hazard.
The Galaxy Note7 stock that will go on sale in India will be newly-manufactured, the report notes. This means that there won't be any refurbished versions of the handsets that were earlier manufactured.
The report also says that the tech giant is "readying for a high-voltage relaunch," with "an all-round media campaign covering television, print and digital media."

News= Apple partners with Flipkart to sell iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus online in India
Apple has partnered with Flipkart to make it authorized online reseller in India, ahead of the launch of iPhone 7 in India next month. Previously only Infibeam was Apple’s authorized online reseller in the country to sell iPhone and iPad. Now Flipkart will also sell Mac officially. This was first reported by BGR.in.
Flipkart also has a separate page for the iPhone 7. Apart from these online retailers, several premium resellers will sell these phones. Apple is yet to start its official retail store in the country, which is rumored to arrive by the end of 2017.
The Apple iPhone 7 starts at Rs. 60,000 for the 32GB version and goes up to Rs. 80,000 for the 256GB variant, while the iPhone 7 Plus starts at Rs. 72,000 for the 32GB version and goes up to Rs. 92,000 for the 256GB variant. Both the phones will launch in India on October 7th.

News=Sony Xperia XZ lands in the US on October 2 for $699.99
Sony announced the Xperia XZ at the beginning of this month. It will replace the Xperia X Performance as the company's flagship smartphone after just a few short months of that device being available.
Speaking of availability, the Xperia XZ will arrive in stock in the US on October 2. It will be sold by retailers such as Amazon and Best Buy, and its recommended price is $699.99. Obviously for that amount you'll get an unlocked unit, which will work with GSM-based networks such as AT&T and T-Mobile (and all MVNOs operating on their infrastructure).
Expect the XZ to go up for pre-order soon, joining the X Compact which was announced alongside it. The smaller handset will be out sooner, though, on September 25. Sadly the Xperia XZ won't have a fingerprint scanner in the US, continuing an unfortunate trend for Sony's smartphones.

E-commerce major Snapdeal has announced that it will flag off the festive season with its ‘Unbox Diwali Sale’ from October 2, the same day when its larger rival Flipkart will begin its own festive offers. The first Unbox Diwali Sale will run from October 2-6 and will see exciting deals and offers across all categories like home appliances, electronics, mobiles, home furnishings, furniture and FMCG, Snapdeal said in a statement.
Shoppers will be able to choose from a wide range of products at great value hourly deals, with discounts up to 70 per cent, it added. Flipkart will host its ‘Big Billion Days’ sale during the same period. Amazon.in is yet to announce its sale days.
According to analysts, this year’s festive sales may be impacted by recent guidelines by DIPP that bar e-commerce players from doling out steep discounts. The players have been investing significantly to ramp up delivery and logistics capabilities to meet the surge in demand during the festive season
“We are entering this season with the widest assortment, key brand partnerships and exclusive line of products. Our superfast deliveries and free shipping options through Snapdeal Gold will add further sparkle to festive offerings,” Snapdeal V-P and Head of Categories Saurabh Bansal said.
In a separate announcement, Snapdeal said it has appointed Mayank Jain to head supply chain at the company. As President SCM (supply chain management), Jain will spearhead the complete operations and supply chain function at Snapdeal. He takes over from Ashish Chitravanshi, Senior Vice-President Operations, who is moving out to pursue other interests.
Jain had joined Snapdeal in March 2013 as Assistant Vice-President and Head of Seller services. He has previously worked with firms like ITC, Urban Touch and Fashion and You.

And if you run an Instagram account for your business, letting your social media manager save a post as a draft makes it easy for you to review it in advance of publishing.
How to save Instagram posts as drafts
1) Tap the Instagram camera in the tab area at the bottom of the screen, then take a photo or video or choose existing media from your library.2) Apply effects or filters, add a caption and optionally tag the post with your location.3) Now tap the back arrow in the top left corner to go back to the filtering and editing step.
4) Instagram puts up a prompt asking if you’d like to save the post in your Drafts or discard. “If you go back now, your image edits will be discarded,” reads the message. NewsXiaomi Mi Note 2 Pro will have 8GB RAM, Snapdragon 821 and Android Nougat
The screenshot has surfaced on Weibo, a Facebook like social network website which is quite popular in China. The screenshot shows the "About Phone” page of the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 Pro. As per the image, the Mi Note 2 Pro has the Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 quad-core processor clocked at 2.6 GHz and 8GB of RAM. Besides, as per screenshot, it has 256GB internal memory and Android Nougat 7.0 operating system with MIUI 8 on top.
As per earlier reports, Xiaomi may bring two versions of the phone - one with Snapdragon 820 and 4GB of RAM and another with Snapdragon 821 and 6GB of RAM. Reportedly the 4GB variant will come with 32GB internal storage and the 6GB variant will come with 128GB internal storage.
Earlier, the renders which leaked before showed that the device will come with a dual curved display screen with curved on both its front and rear side. It also showed fingerprint scanner on the front and dual camera set up in its back panel and USB Type C.
As per earlier rumored specs, the Mi Note 2 will come with a 5.5-inch OLED display, a metal body, a fingerprint scanner in the front, 3600 mAh battery with fast charging feature, Snapdragon 821 chipset, 6GB RAM and 128GB memory.

Xiaomi is rumored to launch the Mi 5s and Mi 5s Plus at an event scheduled on September 27. Now, a leaked image has appeared online that shows a smaller variant of the Mi 5s.
Xiaomi is gearing up for its September 27 event in China where the company is expected to unveil its Mi 5s smartphone. Prior to the launch, a lot of details about the smartphone have leaked online. There are rumors that the company will launch multiple variants of the Mi 5s, dubbed Mi 5s and Mi 5s Plus. New rumorssuggest there could be a smaller variant of the Mi 5s as well. The smaller variant has already been spotted online ahead of the launch.
The design of the unnamed Xiaomi device looks very similar to Apple’s iPhone SE except for the home button. The iPhone SE has a round-shaped home button whereas the leaked photo shows that the Mi 5s has a capsule-shaped home button. However this contradicts the previous rumors that said that the Xiaomi Mi 5s would feature a circular home button much like the iPhones. The smartphone is expected to come with a 4.3-inch 720p display. Under the hood it will come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor and 3GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage. Lenovo is hosting an event today in India, where it will be launching the Z2 Plus smartphone. As the name suggests, the smartphone launching today is basically the ZUK Z2 that launched in China earlier this year. Lenovo seems to be dropping the ZUK moniker for the Indian market all together. Lenovo’s event is set to kick off at 12PM IST, and you can watch the live stream of the event online from the comfort of your home or office. Lenovo will be live streaming the Z2 Plus launch event on its YouTube channel. In the run up to the event, Lenovo has teased different aspects of the smartphone, including the design, the internal heat conduction technology, the fingerprint scanner and a new U-health app. The smartphone is said to boast a body made out of materials that is ‘stronger and lighter than metal’. It also boasts an internal heat conduction technology that prevents the device from overheating. The home button is expected to come with U-Touch technology that will be used for navigation and also double up as a fingerprint scanner. The last feature being teased is a health app called U-health that should save and give you access to your health-related information. On the camera front, the Lenovo Z2 Plus will feature a 13-megapixel primary camera, which will come with f/2.2 aperture, PDAF, electronic image stabilization (EIS) and 4K video recording capabilities, while on the front it will feature an 8-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture and 80 degrees wide-angle lens.
The smartphone will be fueled by a 3,500mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 support. For connectivity, the smartphone is expected to offer options like dual-SIM, 4G LTE support, USB Type-C port, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. The Z2 Plus will run on Android Marshmallow 6.0 wrapped under ZUI 2.0.

In India, the smartphone is expected to be launched in the vicinity of Rs 20,000. If the smartphone is priced in this range, it will be competing against the likes of theXiaomi Mi 5, Asus Zenfone 3 and OnePlus 3.

News=HTC Bolt leaked press render reveals lack of headphone jack
As you can see, the overall design of the Bolt is incredibly similar to what we've seen in theHTC 10, down to the all-metal build, positioning of the antenna lines, and the front fingerprint scanner. Some things (like the camera flash on the back) have been moved around compared to the Taiwanese company's flagship, but even so you could easily mistake this for a 10.
Eagle-eyed people (or those who read this story's headline up until the very end) may have noticed that something's missing in the Bolt - aside from the laser autofocus. Yes, the 3.5mm headset jack is nowhere to be found here, so HTC has already decided to emulate what Apple's done for its new iPhone 7 and 7 Plus. We'll let you decide if that's a good thing or not.
Unfortunately we still don't have any details about the Bolt's specs, its pricing, or whether it will be Sprint-exclusive or not. That said, its announcement or release date could be October 18, since that's featured on the screen of this leaked render.
News= LeEco's Le Pro 3 powerhouse flagship is now official
The "mostly" part refers to a couple of prevailing rumors that fueled pre-release excitement. One is having 8GB of RAM on board and the other has to do with a promised battery capacity of 5000 mAh. Neither of these became reality in today's release, but there is still the distinct possibility of a higher-end 256GB storage model yet to come.
But we can also safely look past these two details and what we are left with is still a really powerful handset. It has a 5.5-inch, 1080p IPS LCD panel at its disposal, with a stylish 2.5D glass finish on top.
Underneath it is Qualcomm's new Snapdragon 821 SoC - the overclocked version with a maximum clock of 2.35GHz on its CPU and 653 MHz on the Adreno 530 GPU.
The RAM configurations still go up to 6GB and the list of available models includes:
- 4GB RAM + 32GB ROM
- 4GB RAM + 64GB ROM
- 6GB RAM + 64GB ROM
- 6GB RAM + 128GB ROM
The camera setup includes a 16MP main shooter, with an advertised 0.1 second PDAF focus speed and a few proprietary features like: Increased Sharpness, Intelligent Beauty Mode, Gender Recognition and others. On the front, there are 8MP at your disposal.
The Le Pro 3 is powered by a 4070mAh, which although still a far cry from 5000 mAh, is impressive nontheless, especially in a 7.5mm thick body.
The phone also supports 24W QuickCharge 2.0, which LeEco is confident can get you from zero to 50% in 30 minutes (impressive for a 4 thousand amp battery).
Speaking of the phone's body, it has a premium all-metal built with a brushed finish. In fact, the manufacturer claims a 98% metal content for the devices shell.
The front has a trio of capacitive buttons, the middle one shaped like the LeEco logo and complete with a "breathing light" feature.
On the back, there is a fingerprint reader and not much else, besides an edged logo. The Le Pro 3 uses a USB Type-C connector and doesn't really have another one. There is no 3.5mm jack, but before you assume some Apple plagiarism is in play, we'll remind you that the Le Max 2 and Le 2 also rely on the USB CDLA standard for audio since before the iPhone 7 was announced.
Other details worth noting include dual SIM support and dual Wi-Fi MIMO antennas for a maximum transfer speed of 866 Mbps. 4G LTE is pretty fast as well with 3x CA, adding up to around 600 Mbps.
The Le Pro 3 also has two speakers and runs on the Marshmallow-based EUI 5.8.
Currently color options include Silver, Gray, Rose Gold and Gold.
Pricing is as follows:
- 4GB RAM + 32GB - CNY 1799 ($270)
- 6GB RAM + 64GB - CNY 1999 ($300)
- 4GB RAM + 64GB - CNY 2499 ($375)
- 6GB RAM + 128GB - CNY 2999 ($450)
The latter are special "Zhang Yimou" Edition. The edition named after the famed Chinese film director will be themed after the upcoming movie 'Great Wall', starring Matt Damon. The phone will come with a custom "Great Wall" theme and wallpaper, an exclusive access to a behind-the-scenes video about the movie, a signature Great Wall leather flip case and a movie-themed retail box.
Pre-orders are live now, but there is no info on availability. We will definitely be looking forward to learning more about that.
